What we are looking for in you:
- Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset to serve as a disruptor in the employee benefits industry.
- Cultivate prospect opportunities to obtain appointments with decision-makers.
- Understand and embrace the unique needs and opportunities in groups with 2-50 employees.
- Present prospects with a suite of relevant benefits and proprietary solutions, creating differentiation in a crowded marketplace.
- Utilize our proprietary customer relationship management (CRM) tool and client workflows, as required by individual vendors.
- Have or obtain Group Life & Health license.
Skills we feel would help you be successful:
- A minimum of two years of experience in sales, preferable within an entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Coordinate and manage multiple prospect and client activities.
- Take ownership and initiate to drive results, utilizing our proprietary Crystal Ball program.
- Manage deadlines.
- Able to travel to client locations for meetings, presentations, and open enrollment meetings.
